1Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“terms”) govern your use of this website, which is operated by Mpire Capital (“MPIRE,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Securities Disclaimer, which are part of these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on this website.
2What this website is for
This website gives general information about MPIRE, its team, its projects and how investing with MPIRE works. It also lets you join MPIRE’s investor network, contact our team and ask for a call.
It is not a platform for investing. You cannot buy securities or send money through this website, and it will never ask you for bank account or payment details.
3No offer and no advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation that any investment is right for you. Our articles and guides are general education. They don’t take your circumstances into account.
Before making any investment decision, talk with your own financial, tax and legal advisers. Our Securities Disclaimer explains this in more detail.
4How investments are offered
MPIRE offers investments only to accredited investors, only through confidential offering documents (such as a private placement memorandum, the investment entity’s operating agreement and a subscription agreement), and only where the law permits. The terms of an investment are set out in its offering documents alone. If anything on this website conflicts with an offering document, the offering document controls.
Joining the investor network, answering the questions on our forms or speaking with MPIRE’s team does not entitle you to invest. MPIRE may decline any prospective investor.
5Information you submit
When you submit a form, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that it is yours to give. Your answers about accredited status and typical investment size are self-reported. They help us decide how to follow up; they are not verification of accredited status. If you go on to invest, your status will be verified as described in the offering documents.
By submitting a form, you agree that MPIRE may contact you by email and phone about your inquiry. We text you only if you separately agree, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you submit a property, deal or other idea to MPIRE, you agree that MPIRE has no obligation to keep it confidential, to act on it or to pay you for it, unless we agree otherwise in a separate signed agreement.
6Accuracy and forward-looking information
We work to keep this website accurate and current, but information on it may be incomplete or out of date, and some of it is still being confirmed. Project descriptions, figures and photographs are general information, not a complete description of any project or investment. We may change the website at any time without notice, and we have no obligation to update it.
Statements about plans, strategies, markets and future events are forward-looking. They reflect our current expectations and may turn out to be wrong. See the Securities Disclaimer for more about forward-looking statements and past performance.
7Intellectual property
