Where impact meets the business plan

MPIRE’s projects change the homes people live in and bring work to the markets where it builds. Here is what MPIRE aims for on each one.

  1. Better housing for the people who live there

    When MPIRE renovates an older home or apartment building, the aim is housing residents are glad to live in: repaired systems, updated units, and buildings that stay maintained after the work is done.

  2. Local work through construction and renovation

    Building and renovating homes takes contractors, trades and suppliers. MPIRE aims to hire from the markets where it works, so more of the work on each project goes to people who live nearby.
